Instructions:
Make a cone out of white cardstock. Cut the edges off a middy bag and cover the cone. Secure the bag around the cone with adhesive. Fill cone with shredded basket filler and goodies.
Tuck a paper straw down into the cone. Wrap tulle around the cone and gather at the top. Secure the top of the tulle by tying Divine Twine around the top. Attach spring label around the cone using Divine Twine.
